Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship through a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery. Please double check the shipping before making purchase. Once a product has shipped it is final. We are unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside the United States.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are our greatest valued encounter. We are honored to serve you. For returns contact us. The hair must be in the original packaging. The hair must be in its original bundle and completely intact. Custom made orders can not be returned or exchanged.
If your return is approved. Print the prepaid return label our company will send you & bring your package to a local UPS store. Once we receive your return, we will issue you with a full refund or exchange your order (as per your request). Please note that it can take 5 business days after we receive your return before we can process your refund or exchange. You will be updated by email once your refund is issued. We will pay the shipping fee for you! Why? Because you placed your trust in us and that's our way of saying thanks even if you want to return your order. If the name of a product include the words 'Final Sale', it means that the product is not exchangeable or refundable. Please note that you must contact us before returning your order because the return address is different. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. It is important that you first contact us. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund please note that unwrapped merchandise will not be refunded. If you wish to exchange or return your order more than once, you are responsible for all the shipping fees. If you wish to test the hair quality before ordering, we recommend you order hair extensions samples. All KRISTERLYN Hair samples include a gift card that can be applied to future purchases.
